Provisional times can be changed subject to number of entries and subject to the approval of the referee and Badminton Europe.
Tournament schedule overview:
Events / Men's Singles, Women's Singles, Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, Mixed Doubles.
Maximum 48 in singles, 32 in Doubles and mixed.
If an event doesn’t have at least 8 players (singles) or pairs (doubles) and at least one entry from a member Association other than the hosting member Association present in the tournament, the results of such event will not count for any ranking.
The organizer doesn’t accept liability for any expenses towards any party in case there are less than 8 actual players / pairs in any event.

Entries / All entries must be made by using the BWF online entry system. Entries must be submitted no later than Tuesday 13/02/2018 at 23:59 BWF HQ time (GMT +08:00)

Players cannot be entered unless they already have a BWF ID-number. In case you wish to enter players who do not have a BWF ID-number, please contact the BWF office well in advance of the tournament, so that the players concerned can get a BWF ID-number before the closing date of the tournament.
Entry fee / Singles: € 25 per player. Doubles: € 20 per player, per event.
Payment must be done in cash.
The member association is responsible for paying the entry fees. The entry fees become due if a player is entered and has not been withdrawn when the entry deadline (13/02/2018) passes.

Team Manager meeting date / Thursday, 15/03/2018, 13:00 at the tournament venue.
The meeting will take place in signposted room in the tournament venue.
Condition of play / The tournament will be played in full accordance with the Laws of Badminton and the Competition Regulation adopted by the BWF as well as the Junior circuit 2018 Regulations.
Competitors must be prepared to play at the times quoted in the order of play for the events for which they have entered. Competitors will be scratched if not ready to play when called.
Clothing and advertising / Advertising on clothing and color of clothing shall be regulated by BWF
Competition Regulations 19 to 23 and BEC Junior Circuit Regulations 13.
In the event of any dispute, the Referee’s decision shall be final.

Condition of play / Preliminary pools of 3 or 4 players. First or two best players of each pool will continue to the main draw to be played in knock-out system.
Seeding and draw will be done by the organizers.
Eligible to play / Foreign players have to be member of an association affiliated to the BWF.
Israeli players – members of the Israeli badminton association.
Entries / All entries must be confirmed by their National Association.
All entries must be sent according to order of strength.
Entries must include the best result in the 12 month.

Visa / For those who need a Visa to Israel it is strongly recommended to arranged it in due time. Kindly contact us as early as possible to have our cooperation.
Transportation / Provided free of charge by the organizers from and to Ben-Gurion Airport to and from the official tournament hotel.
During tournament days free transport between the sports hall and the official tournament hotel according to the organization bus schedule.
Hotel booking deadline / Submission of accommodation form can be done until 20/02/2018. After that date the organization will release the rooms pre ordered in the official tournament hotel.

Single room BB: 90 US$.

Important:
The organization will cover accommodation at the official hotel on a B&B basis during the tournament days (4 nights, 14/3, 15/3, 16/3, 17/3) for the first 3 entries (up to 3 players or up to 2 players and 1 coach) from each country as described below:
1 entry, maximum coverage of 360 US$.
2 entries, maximum coverage of 420 US$.
3 entries, maximum coverage of 640 US$.
If a country enters 3 players to the Youth tournament (U13, U15) and 3 players to the Israel Junior (U19) than the organization will cover only a total of 3 person for that country.

Water and sandwiches / Please note that comparing to previous years the organization will not deliver free sandwiches.
Water will be delivered free of charge to players and officials during tournaments dates (15-17/3/2018).
Practice facility / Practice is available on Wednesday, 14/02/2018, 19:30-21:30.
The training hall is located in the city of Rishon Le Zion, 2 Elkabetz street.
7.6 km from the official hotel, appx. 15 driving without traffic.
The organization will not provide transport to the practice facility.
Taxi, one way, evening time, should cost appx. 50 NIS.
You can reach the hall by using bus no. 10 which starts 230 meters from the hotel, drives appx. 22 minutes, get down in the G shopping center (cinema city) and walk 1.1 km to the hall.
Medical service / A physiotherapist will be present in the sports hall during the tournament.
Insurance / The organizers decline responsibility and covering of costs for possible injuries or other damages. It is up to each participant to insure himself/herself at their country of origin prior to their arrival.
Special events / The participants will enjoy a guided tour to the dead sea on 14/03/2018
