SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA JUNIORS CLUB REGISTRATION
Creating Your SignUpToPlay.com Player Account
Log on to www.signuptoplay.com. The registration program will take you step by step through the process:
Step 1: Finding or Creating a Junior Member Account
1. Under "Create an Account", click "Click here" to get started.
2. After "Account Type", select "Junior Member".
3. Enter your information in the lines following and click “Find Me!”. If nothing comes up, click “Create Login”. This will take you to “Creating a new player login!”. Fill in the required fields as well as the recommended ones. If it asks for a region, we are located in the “North Country Region”. Once you have finished entering in your information, it will ask you to set up a username and password. When that is complete, you can move on to Step 2.
Step 2: Logging in to SignUpToPlay.com
Enter your username and password and click “Go”. Your login will be validated and you will be logged into SignUpToPlay.com. If your login fails, try again, making sure to carefully type your username and password. Your username and password are not case sensitive. If you still cannot get logged in, use “Forgot your username or password?” to find the correct login information. Once you have logged in, you can move on to Step 3.
Step 3: Registration Form for USA Volleyball
After you have logged in using your username and password, you will see a list of options down the left hand side of the browser. Click “My Info” and fill out the information. Once everything is filled in, click “Save” and then click “USAV Form”. This will generate the form that we need to register for USA Volleyball. You will need to disable the pop-up blocker for the form to come up. Read and sign the document and bring it with to tryouts.
Step 4: Registering for Southwest Minnesota Juniors Tryouts
After you generate your registration form, Click on “Tryouts” in the left hand column and then Click on “Register for Tryout”.
· Tryout Location: Minnesota
· Club Name: Southwest MN Juniors
· Tryout Description: Enter the age division you will be.
· Press “Save” when finished. A tryout form will open. Print it and bring to tryouts.
Once you have registered for tryouts, you will be able to see who else has registered and how many for your age division.

What to Bring to Tryouts?

· Copy of Birth Certificate
· Medical Release Form (Found on our website)
· Club Commitment Form (Found on our website)
o If you are selected to a team, this form is a binding commitment to the club.
o If you aren’t selected to a team, this form will be null & void.
