iPod/iPhone Control and Charging Stereo
ELKHART, IN - The time to update marine electronics has never been better. ASA Electronics, an international manufacturer and supplier of JENSEN Marine audio and video entertainment products, introduces an all-new marine stereo equipped with all of the high tech features in this digital age such as iPod®/iPhone® control and charging. The JENSEN Marine JMS2012AM/FM/WB/iPod® & SIRIUS Ready Stereo has been built from the ground up to meet the unique needs of the marine world.
The 12 volt, 160 watt JENSEN JMS2012 Marine stereo has every tried-and-true audio option, but has also been designed with the new audio technologies currently available. Along with the essential features such as an electronicAM/FM tuner, the JMS2012also offers full iPod and iPhone controls and charging so listeners can travel with their own personal music library. The JMS2012 is also Sirius satellite radio ready with subscription so boaters can have a wide variety of genres to listen to while out on the water. This marine stereo also features NOAA 7-channel weather band providing users with up-to-the minute weather reports when it matters most. In addition, the JMS2012 is also JDAB wired remote ready, compatible with the JENSEN JWR200 remote for seamless control of the functions.
Further forward-thinking features of the JMS2012 marine stereo include an all-new blue backlit, rear AUX input and a pre-amp out. Plus the low battery alert produces a sound audible over audio output along with producing a visible warning on the display so boaters don’t run the risk of getting stranded from a dead battery. Designed with the wet marine environment in mind, the JMS2012 has an IPX5 front panel waterproof rating and has marinizedconstruction featuring conformal-coated circuit boards, UV resistant materials, and a corrosion resistant finish.
