Juice it up Fundraiser Agreement
We are so excited that you chose the use Juice it up as you fundraiser for Kamp Rock.
Each book is worth $10.00. You will receive 5 coupon books in total. You should receive 50.00 total for the books you receive. A total of 35.00 go towards the cost of Kamp Rock and the remaining $15.00 go towards the cost of the booklets. You will be responsible for any books that are lost, stolen or books that are missing coupons from it.
