OJSC “SvetlogorskKhimvolokno” is one of the largest diversified enterprises of petrochemical complex of the Republic of Belarus.

OJSC “SvetlogorskKhimvolokno”offers the following range of products: polyester textile yarns, nonwoven polypropylene materials, heat-resistant materials “Arselon” and carbon fibers.

Quality management system of manufacture of nonwoven materials is certificated on conformity to the international standard ISO 9001: 2009 and to the standard of management by ecological activity of the enterprise STB ISO 14001:2005. OJSC “SvetlogorskKhimvolokno” has also received international ecological certificate on conformity with Oeko-Tex Standard 100.This certificate applies to textiles, fibers and yarns which are used in the manufacture of textiles, nonwovens and confirms the ecological safety of the products.

Polyester textile yarns (Customs commodity codes 5402520000, 5402430000, 5402330000)

Polyester yarns are widely used in the textile industry for the production of various fabrics and linens, curtain and bobbinet, hosiery, laces, gloves, carpets, a basis for fur fabric, leather, linoleum, upholstery for the automotive industry, ropes, ribbons and cords. Polyester textile yarns are produced in a wide range of linear densities: 50-167 dtex. We can offer the following assortment of the yarns: complex flat and textured, air-entangled, raw white and dyed, fancy blended yarns, yarns with flameproof and antimicrobial additives, heat-resistant yarns.

Polyester yarns are available in the form of cylindrical bobbins with a cross-winding. Packaging of finished goods is carried out in cardboard boxes - 8 bobbins, as well as in euro-pallets: 8-10 lines, 6-8 packages in the line.

The cost of polyester textile yarns is within the range of 2,10 – 3,20 $ / kg depending on the assortment.

Nonwoven polypropylene materials (product groups of customs commodity code 56031)

Nonwoven materials are made of polypropylene filaments under the trademarks “SpunBel” and “AquaSpun”.They are widely used in manufacturing of disposable hygiene products for women and children, production of wet wipes, medicine,furniture, garment and leather goods industries, agriculture and construction, as geotextiles.

The materialsare produced dyed and raw white, with UV stabilizer, with antistatic, hydrophilic, hydrophobic additives and without them.It is possible to apply laminating covering both polypropylene and polyethylene.The rolls of the materials are packed into a stretch film or into a polyethylene film.

"SpunBel" - polypropylene thermo-entangled material with the density from 10 g/m2 to 150 g/m2. The width of roll cutting is up to 3200 mm and 4200 mm. The price range is 2.33 – 3.09 $ / kg.

"AquaSpun" - polypropylene hydro-entangled nonwoven material with the density from 30 g/m2 to 250 g/m2. The width of roll cutting is up to 3200 mm. The cost of the material is within the range of 2.79 – 3.01 $/kg.

Heat-resistant fabrics "Arselon" (customs commodity codes 5402110000, 5503110000).

Thanks to the unique properties the products “Arselon” are widely used in the filtration of hot gases on the enterprises of metallurgical, chemical and cement industry, manufacturing of asbestos friction products, compression packing, protective clothes for firemen and other thermo - and electric insulating materials.

The products under the trademark “Arselon” are produced as fibers, yarns, fabrics. Price offer on the heat-resistant materials is in the range of: yarn “Arselon” – 25 - 85 $/kg, technical fabric“Arselon”– 10 – 15 $/l.m, staple fiber “Arselon” – 15 - 25 $/kg.

Carbon fiber materials (customs commodity code 6815109000)

Carbon fiber materialskeep a complex of valuable technical properties and are widely used in aerospace, defense, atomic, heavy, chemical, energy, medical and many other industries. The products are issued as yarns, ribbons, fabrics, knitted and nonwoven fabrics, as well as in the form of carbon fiber composites. The cost varies depending on product.

All products are sold on a pre-paid basis, the delivery of goods transport by the buyer, or transport companies at the buyer's expense. We may provide discounts for a large volume of products.
