CALL TO ORDER / The Regular Meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Bridgeview was called to order by Clerk Altar at 7:00 p.m., on Wednesday,
April 16, 2011.
PLEDGE / Clerk Altar led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Trustees Cecott, Pticek, Pinion, Higginson,Struzik and Sutton
Also Present: Attorney Cainkar,Police Chief Harvey,Battalion Chief Daley,Human Resource Director Boyme, Public Works Director Cronch,Building Services Director Kaput, EMA Director Vilimek, and Treasurer Smith.
Motion by Trustee Cecott and seconded by Trustee Sutton to appoint Trustee Pticek as Temporary Chairman for the meeting.
Upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: 5 – Trustees Cecott, Pinion, Higginson, Struzik and Sutton
NAYS: 0
ABSTAIN: 1 – Trustee Pticek
There being five affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED
Motion by Trustee Pinion and seconded by Trustee Higginson to approve the Minutes of the Regular Meeting held on March 16, 2011.

Motion by Trustee Sutton and seconded by Trustee Higginson to approve the waiver of fees for St. Fabians Carnival being held form June 8th through June 12, 2011.
