JOURNAL OF CHONGQING UNIVERSITY ENGLISH EDITIONPUBLICATION AGREEMENT
Journal of Chongqing University English Edition (JCQU-E) invites original articles from all over the world that reportthe latest achivements in biological, ecological, geomorphologic, hydrologic, chemical, engineering, geographic, and interdisciplinary research concerned with rivers and attendant matters themes.
JCQU-E is a peer-reviewed journal. Eacharticle isreviewed by at least 2 appropriate reviewersfamiliar with the specific topic.JCQU-E reserves the right to reject articles with little or no new contribution to the above riverine research fields. Articles selected through peer-review process are subject to revision by authors following reviewers and editors’ advice.
Authorization for publishing from authors to a publisher must be clearly stated in writing to permit the publisher to process their articles. Therefore, the following agreement, executed and signed by authors, is required withall manuscript submissions.

The Author warrants that the Articlehas neither been previously published nor submitted to, and currently under consideration by, another publication in any language and any form,that he/she is the sole creator or co-owner of the Article and has full power to make this agreement on behalf of all authors named above, and that the Article and its any part including any drawing, photograph or other illustrationdoes not infringe any existing third party copyright or moral right.
Upon acceptance, the Author grants to JCQU-E exclusive first publication rights in the article, and further grants a non-exclusive license for other uses of the Article in all languages, throughout the world, in all media.
The Author retains copyright including all moral rights in the Article, and the use of the Article should be always accompanied by the acknowledgement of JCQU-E as the original publisher.
Readers of theArticle may copy it without the copyright owner's permission if the Author and JCQU-E are acknowledged in the copy and the copy is used for educational, nonprofit purposes.
The agreement comes into effect immediately on Acceptance and shall remain in force for the lifetime of the copyright in the Article.
