I have been helping this company for the last 10 years either full-time or part-time. My responsibilities were adjusted depending on the need of the company at the time. My latest work for them was a schematic capture storage and retrieval system along with the associated technical specifications. (VB.NET, Crystal 9, MS-SQL). Full life cycle development in VB.NET of schematic capture database. Documentation, Technical writing and web deployment. In addition to writing the code for the application, I had to do extensive technical writing for the description and use of each schematic. Advanced Offshore NDIS drilling reports. Large format (20" x 17") full color Oil-rig crew & safety reports. I was responsible for gathering data from oil rig supervisors and other sources to create standardized or custom made reports for company wide deployment thru intranet (ASP) or desktop application (VB6). Also, repair and enhance existing orphan reports (180 of them). I fully developed front-end (VB6) application and great part of intranet (ASP) to accommodate the deployment of the reports. Many reports looked at many databases like Oracle 9, mySQL and MS-SQL.
