This document shall become as fully a part of the above named Contract Documents as if included and shall take full and complete precedence over anything stated or shown to the contrary in them.

Each and every respondent, subcontractor and material supplier shall be responsible for reading each and every item in this Addendum to ascertain the extent and manner it affects the work in which he/she is interested.

Acknowledge receipt of Addendum on the Request for Quote and indicate any changes in the base proposal.

The contractor is directed to make the following changes to the work description for the above referenced property:

Item #9 (Kitchen)-Wall Cabinets, Builder- Clarification-use 30 inch uppers for kitchen cabinets but use 42 inch uppers for 6 ft section in nook area. Use 30 inch by 12 inch deep cabs for 6 ft of base cabinets in nook area. Install these cabinet on 4 inch built up base.

Item #14 (Kitchen)- Appliances: dishwasher-Include Allowance of $400 for fixture.

Item #15 (Kitchen)-Microwave/vent combo-Include allowance of $300.

Item #16 (Kitchen)- Window sill, clarification, match cabinet counter material.

Item#24 (Bathroom up)- Vanity-Include allowance of $450.

Item#25 (Medicine Cabinet)- Include allowance of $250.

Item #34 (Bathroom down)-Vanity- Install a prefinished 24 (not 30 inch) inch vanity base …… and include allowance of $300.

Item #35-(Bathroom down)-Medicine cabinet-include allowance of $250.

Misc. Item 41- (Garage)-install 2x4 frame to support attic access cover and install 5/8 inch thick drywall to fit inside access opening.
