Athlete Age Groups and Levels:
OCP (GOJO)Levels 2–9, 7 years and older, Masters

Competition Regulations:As per the current GO Women’s Artistic Program Manual, the Ontario Restrictions, and latestOntario Competitive Program Rules. Warm ups will follow the “Option 2” format. This is a G.O. sanctioned event. Please ensure your music is on CD labeled with athlete name and club name.
Entry Fee:OCP (GOJO): $75.00 per competitor. Early bird: $65 if registered by December 13th
ODP: $50.00 per 5/6 year old, Beginner, Intermediate or Advancedcompetitor
Both OCP and ODP: $100($90 Early Bird)
Entry Deadline:Registration with payment in full must be received by Saturday, February 1st, 2014.
No refunds* or level changes after March8, 2014.
*Refunds may be considered with a doctor’s note up to 1 week before meet.
Registration:Registration forms have been attached.
Schedule:The ODP is expected to be Friday night and/or first flight on Saturday. Masters is planned for Sunday afternoon.
Awards:Every registered gymnast will receive a collectable Tumblers Classic Gift.
Awards will be presented to competitors at the end of each flight.
There will be a special award for the AA champion of each category in Levels 5-9.
Special Judges’ Awards will also be presented at the end of each rotation.
The coach of the AA champion in each category in Levels 5-9 will receive a $25 Gift Card.
9 yrs and above: Individual and All-Around event awards will be given to athletes who place up to 8th place.
7& 8 year olds: Merit/Bronze/Silver/Gold Awards
ODP 5 & 6 year olds: Participation Certificate
ODP 7 to 8 year olds: Merit/Bronze/Silver/Gold Awards
Equipment:SA Sportstandard FIG competition equipment.
Note, the floor exercise is bordered by support posts approximately 2-3 feet from the sides of the floor.
Vault Runway will be onto a pit landing (25 m runway)
Gymnova floor beams (soft) will be provided as a warm up station for beam.
A tramp board is available for vault.
Scoring: Scoring will be with the Perfect Score software.
Coaches:Must be certified as per Gymnastics Ontario Guidelines.
Great hospitality provided for all registered coaches.
Judges:There will be a Competition Chief Judge (C.C.J.) and two G.O. Rated Judges per event. To maintain a friendly atmosphere, no protests will be permitted. ODP athletes will be assessed by Certified ODP Assessors.
Medical:Any athlete with a medical condition must have the condition detailed on the registration form. *We are NOT able to guaranteetobe a Peanut/TreeNutFreeEvent.Attendees areaskednottobringpeanuts,peanutproducts,orproductscontainingtracesofpeanutsortreenutsintothevenue.Wewillattempttoensurethattherearenopeanuts,peanutproductsorproductscontainingtracesofpeanutsortreenutsatthisevent.
Special Attractions:
There will be a number of contests and special awards throughout the weekend. A photographer will be available with photos available through a secured website after the competition.
