Craft and Food Vendors: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.

You won’t want to miss this chance to be part of the Annual Fall Festival in Redwood Falls! It’s a perfect opportunity to market your products at an exciting family event. The streets of Downtown Redwood Falls will be filled with crafters, food vendors, and live entertainment.

Each vendor space is 10’ x 15’ with exhibitors on the street. Food vendor applications will be accepted on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis to avoid duplication. Vendors will be assigned specific locations, with food vendors designated in a food court area. Booth security is the responsibility of each vendor.

Please note that you are responsible for providing your own tables, chairs, extension cords, duct tape, and protection from the weather. Fall Festival will be held rainor shine so plan accordingly.

Your paid registration fee is non-refundable. Early-Bird Deadline toregister is Monday, September 1. Finaldeadline to register is Friday, September 19.

Set-up begins at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday morning. Volunteers will be on hand to assist you in locating your site and to answer your questions. Your vehicle must be unloaded and moved to a designated parking area by 8:00a.m. All vendors must be ready for customers by 9:00 a.m. and remain set up until closing.

Additional Important Information:

  1. Handmade arts and crafts are encouraged as well as bake sale & flea market items. IMPORTANT: Please provide a description of your merchandise on your application.
  1. Your cancelled check serves as your receipt and confirmation of registration. Vendor site assignments and directions will be e-mailed to you after Sept. 19th. There will be no refunds.
  1. Liability insurance is your responsibility as a vendor. You must sign and hold harmless the agreement on the application form.
  1. No selling from vehicles is allowed.
  1. Vendors are asked to park no closer than three blocks from the downtown area to allow parking for customers. NOTE: The Farmer’s Market will be occupying a portion of the municipal lot on Bridge Street, so we are discouraging vendors from parking in remaining spots to reserve those for customers of both the Market and the Fall Festival.
  1. Vendors are required to maintain their booths until 3 pm. Please keep our streets clean by using trash receptacles nearby.
  1. Each vendor is required by the State of Minnesota to have a sales tax number and be collecting MN sales tax. For more information orto obtain a sales tax number, call 651-296-6181 and ask for the Sales Tax Department. Your sales tax number must be listed on the application form.
