JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Interior Design Co-ordinator
Reports to: Group Interior Design Manager
Location: Head Office, St David’s Park, Flintshire

Key Responsibilities:
1. Offering support to the Group Interior Design Manager and operations team, with all their design needs – this may include, documents, writing appropriate material and sourcing products
2. Monitor and co-ordinate with external design consultants
3. Creating plans and structure within the design team
4. Liaising with sites, designers and regions
5. Assisting site interior works and handover
6. Administration support
7. Assisting with monthly reports
8. Liaising with site and regional offices
9. Updating the design schedule
10. Project manage Exquisite Magazine twice yearly
11. Interiors photography/selection and cataloguing of images for photo database
12. Developing knowledge on choices for show homes and attending meetings with suppliers – creating choices packs for show homes
13. Creating and posting on social media about interior design, show homes and inspiration
14. Being on site to learn how the time line works from briefing to installation
15. Creating blogs for the Content Hub
16. Liaising with PR companies over awards and brand exposure
17. Working closely with MyRedrow team – for interior packs and ‘hot looks’
18. Co-ordination of Sales Centres and layouts
19. Ensure familiarity with Redrow Group’s Health, Safety and Environmental policies and comply with employee responsibilities.
20. At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.
21. Contribute to improving the business, protecting and enhancing the reputation of the
company, by putting forward new ideas and, when requested to do so, implementing change

Internal: Colleagues within the Marketing Department and Operating Divisions.
External: Third party agencies
