Job purpose:

PureLogic IT Solutions is adding anexperienced Value Added IT Reseller Outside Account Manager with the following qualifications to our growing family. This sales position will work to further develop PureLogic IT’s client basewith local commercial and SME accounts. The qualified candidate will have previous experience in a VAR as well as current contacts that can be leveraged immediately for gain.This sales driven based role will be responsible in driving new business, developing existing clientele, following up on leads and all other sales related activities.

Account Manager:

  • Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business for PureLogic IT;
  • Leading, sharing experiences or training other members of the account team to be a successful sales team;
  • Ensuring necessary actions are undertaken at all time for the best customer service possible of each account. As the AM, you are responsible for the relationship and sales;
  • Building business plansas agreed to or assigned with specific targets;
  • Achieving sales targets as agreed upon with sales manager;
  • Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives and working with the sales manager to achieve business requirements of each individual client;
  • Attending client meetings and work for next action item at all times;
  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients;
  • Completing administrative work, as required;
  • Work closely with Inside Sales and System Engineers to determine solutions which best meet client needs;
  • Cold calling to book direct sales meetings;
  • Work with sales manager to identify target vertical and pre-qualify potential clients;
  • Work with inside sales on run-rate opportunities;
  • Forecast weekly within our forecasting tool;
  • Account plan as required on targeted accounts;
  • Attend weekly sales meetings, company sponsored events and marketing campaigns;
  • Technical knowledge of products and services being offered;
  • Attend training as required both in NCR and occasional travel;
  • Develop relationship with our manufactures and understand;
  • Passion to sell and support clients’ needs and requirements.
