Job Description: Fit 4 Life Administrator

Location:CST Office, Tibshelf, DE55 5PH

Salary:£16,000 - £20,000per annum (pro rata), 18.5hours per week

Contract:Until the end ofJune2018

Line Manager: F4L Project Manager (Community Sports Trust)

Key Relationships: F4L Team, GP Surgeries, Clients

Responsible for: Manage and deliver an effective, proactive and high qualityadministration and recruitment service

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Provide a robust administration service for 3 x Fit 4 Life Guru’s
  1. To help recruit participants and activity leaders to Fit 4 Life using appropriate marketing, web and social media
  1. Support Fit 4 Life Gurus with extra capacity when needed delivering informative and motivational presentations and talks to groups ranging from patients to GPs, in both formal and informal settings.
  1. Support Fit 4 Life Gurus with the arrangement of meetings and promotional opportunities.
  1. Contactparticipants to engage in appointments at 0, 3, 6 and 12 months.
  1. Manage a database of participants
  1. Maintain regular contact with participants who are engaged in community sport or physical activity, provide support and encouragement as needed.
  1. In conjunction with Fit 4 Life Guru’s liaise with GPs, CCGs and other partners to set up appropriate promotional opportunities
  1. Provide administrative support for internally run eventsincluding enquiries, pre-event and post-event correspondence, cash handling and database management
  1. Support CST Marketing and PR work by sourcing stories and ideas, and making suitable connections
  1. Respond to queries via email, Facebook, and Twitter
  1. To use the established monitoring and evaluation system to collect data on participant numbers and outcomes. Producing reports when relevant

METHODS OF WORKING

  1. The post holder will be expected to adopt a participative and collaborative style, working with existing and new partners to Community Sports Trust and the projects they deliver.
  1. The post holder will be expected to use appropriate management information systems, maintain confidentiality and observe data protection guidelines.
  1. The post holder will be expected to take an active part in appraising their own work priorities and targets in accordance with the Community Sports Trust management supervision guidelines.
  1. The post holder will be expected to undertake any necessary training associated with the duties of the post.
  1. The post holder will be expected to work evenings and weekends to suit the needs of the project.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - GENERAL

1.Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate.

2.To adhere to existing working practices, methods, procedures, undertake relevant training and development activities and to respond positively to new and alternative systems;

3.To comply with relevant health and safety legislation, policies and procedures in the performance of the duties of the post.

4.To carry out the duties and responsibilities of the post in compliance with the Community Sports Trust Equal Opportunities policies;

5.To act as an ambassador for the Community Sports Trust and partners, through your conduct and community relationships.

6.To undertake any other duties associated with the post.

This is the normal place of employment for this post. However, in order to deliver quality services, you will be required to work at other places around Nottinghamshire and to attend meetings at other venues around the County.
