Profile
Joachim is a political scientist and development practitioner with 15 years of experience from more than 30 countries. He has solid knowledge and skills on mixed method, desk review and specialization on political economy analysis and theory of change. Joachim has led multiple policy and project reviews as well risk assessments for foreign ministries, NGOs and the private sector. Joachim has broad experience from the UN system including on the recently adopted SDGs. He is the author and editor of several publications including the User Guides series on Measuring Fragility and Governance. He has been a guest lecturer at Harvard Kennedy School of Government and University of Oslo. Joachim was recently appointed to the Norwegian Open Government and ICT Council and is currently advising the Government of Tunisia on governance reforms.
Nahem is a native Norwegian and English speaker with working proficiency in French and Spanish. He holds an MsC in Human Rights from the London School of Economics and BsC from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. Joachim is currently a board member of CARE Norway and Norway-Tunisia association.
