Para – V : “ The anomalous position in the promotive post could be settled by relaxation of anomaly rule only, since there is no provision to settle by the anomaly rules in vogue and it would not serve the purpose for the reason that Special grade employee by virtue of his increased service in the Board has been drawing higher pay from time to time in the lower post. As the issue of anomalous position exists in the promotive post only, the Special grade employee becomes far junior than to his senior in the promotive post.
