Electra Stone Ltd., (TSX-V: ELT) (OTC-ELCGF) (“Electra”) announces today, May 01, 2018, that Mr. Tony Hu has resigned as President and Director, and his resignation has been accepted by the Board. Mr. Jim Elbert has been appointed Director, with current Director, Thea Koshman, LLB,assuming interim CEO duties.
Further to news of April 20, 2018, ELECTRA has been advised that it has been granted approval of its request to extend the April 30th filing deadline of the Annual Audited Financial Statements.
Mr. Jim Elbert, has been Director and CEO of Goldrea Resources Corp., since 2012, after several years working as a consultant for the Company. Mr. Elbert studied Business Administration at The Ohio State University. He launched and built a regional construction company in Arkansas and then moved to British Columbia in 1992 to raise his family. Mr. Elbert worked as an investment advisor in Canadian national brokerages for eleven years before leaving that industry to participate directly with Goldrea Resources.
