Jigsaw International Camp 2018, Duncombe Park, Helmsley, North Yorkshire
I am delighted to inform you that {name of unit} have the opportunity to take part in a three-night camping experience at Jigsaw International Camp from {specific dates}, 2018. The camp is being organised by Girlguiding North East England for Guides and Senior Section members from across the region and overseas.
Brownies and Rainbows are invited to join the camp during the week. Brownies will be taking part in a three-night camping experience and we hope you will consider this exciting opportunity which will show your daughter what she can hope to experience as she progresses through the subsequent sections during her journey through Guiding.
The camp will give Brownies a chance to be part of a large scale international event whilst camping with their own unit and leaders for an exciting three days. During the camp the Brownies will sleep over night in a tent and take part in a range of fun activities in a safe environment whilst making new friends.
The cost for three nights fully catered camping and all activities will be £120 per Brownie. Add detail and potential cost of transport options>.
To secure a place on the camp with our unit please complete the slip below and return to Brownies on date with a non-refundable deposit of £50. The balance is due by specify. Cheques should be made payable to unit account name.

North East England terms and conditions for Jigsaw International Camp 2018
Cancellation by Participant
Cancellation must be made via e-mail or in writing to the Girlguiding North East England office.
Deposits are non-refundable.
No refund will be made for bookings cancelled after 28 March 2018 unless it is possible to fill the place. You will be required to pay the full cost of the event if cancelling after this date.
You may wish to take out your own cancellation insurance.
Cancellation by Girlguiding North East England
Girlguiding North East England reserves the right to modify or cancel Jigsaw International Camp 2018 if unforeseen circumstances arise. In the event of cancellation, a full refund of the event fee paid to Girlguiding North East England will be made to participants.
