Basic House Rental:

·  Two night minimum

·  $250/night for the first two nights

·  $225/night for the third night on

·  $10 per person/night over 8 people (maximum of 10 people)

·  Weekly rate: $1,400

·  Check-in time is 3 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m.

·  NO-SMOKING in the house and on the farm except in designated outside area.

·  Pets allowed at our discretion ($100 deposit, $50 refundable after cleaning & inspection).

·  Catering is available!

Deposit Policy: To reserve the Jenne Farm Gathering House, a 50% deposit is required. Remaining fees will be due one month prior to the first night of your reservation. Our cancellation policy is to return 100% of your deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee if the cancellation is made up to one month before your reservation. If you need to cancel less than one month prior to your reservation, we will return your deposit, minus the $50 fee, only if we can rent the Gathering House for those dates. Please make checks to Joyce Peterson. A $300 damage deposit is due 30 days prior to the rental date and will be returned within 14 days after your stay less any charges for damage or extraordinary cleaning charges. If any damage or theft occurs, you will be responsible for the entire amount, even if it exceeds $300.

Extended Use of the Gathering House and Grounds

(Parties, Receptions, Reunions, etc.)

·  You must contact our designated event coordinator for coordination of facilities and services.

·  $1 per person/day for non-occupants (covers facility and utility use including portapotties and garbage disposal).

·  Service of Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages may be served at the JFGH providing the renter obtains a Banquet Permit from any Washington State liquor store and abides by the following policies. They have been designed for the safety of you and your gests as well as for the protection of the house. Responsibility for consumption of alcohol at your event and liability for any consequence arising from that consumption rest upon the renter and the party obtaining the Banquet Permit. (The permit must be purchased a minimum of 5 days in advance of the event). We can refer you to a local provider.

1.  A copy of the Banquet Permit must be received by the JFGH at least one week prior to the event.

2.  Bottled beer (no kegs) and wine (no hard liquor) must be served by a licensed bartender. The servers must not be personally associated with your event. At least one bartender per 100 guests is needed.

3.  No alcohol may be served to minors.

4.  Alcohol service must cease 1 hour prior to the end of your event.

5.  No BYOB (by your guests) will be allowed.

6.  The JFGH encourages celebration, not drunkenness.

7.  The JFGH retains the right to end alcohol service, and/or the event, at any time, if, for any reason, the owners or appointed coordinator feels that behavior and/or alcohol consumption are getting out of control or dangerous.

Liability

The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Jenne Farm Gathering House, its owners and affiliates, from any and all claims, demands, losses, actions and liabilities including injury to persons or damage to property except for such claims, demands, losses, actions or liabilities that arise out of negligence or willful misconduct by said owners or affiliates. The Jenne Farm Gathering House will also not be held responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten articles.
