CALL TO ORDER - The February9, 2016District Representative Meeting was called to order by
Jeanne Jeffery at 7:05 pm at the Spring Mills Elementary, ArtCenter.
ROLL CALL - District Representatives present: 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11,11 Alternate, 13,16, 17.

MINUTES–A Motion was made to approve the tabled and amended November 10, 2015 meeting minutes
originally presented at the January 12, 2016 meeting. M/D. Hogaboom S/A. Schmerer The Motion carried.

TREASURER’S REPORT– A Motion was made to approve the tabled Treasurer’s Report for
November-December 2015 originally presented at the January 12, 2016 meeting.

Amy Schmerer presented the Treasurer’s Report for January 2016.
A Motion was made to approve the January 2016 Treasurer’s Report. M/J Sturm S/J. King
The Motion carried.
A discussion regarding the 2016-2017 proposed financial budget was held. The proposed budget, which will be presented at the March annual membership meeting, is as follows:Activities / $3,000.00

Special entrance sign project / $6,000 to $10,000 estimate
Beautification / 3,500.00
Communication / 1,200.00
General Fund / 4,500.00
Legal / 3,000.00

COMMITTEE REPORTS–
ACTIVITIES:
Christmas Party: A Motion was made to approve an additional expense in the holiday party budget--tabled at the January 2016 meeting. M/J. King S/R. Kovanda The Motion carried.
Garage Sale: Don Hogaboom stated that the 2016 garage sale will be Saturday, June 11, 2016.
BEAUTIFICATION: Jim King still checking on the Lake Sherwood contact for signs.
BEACH: NO REPORT
COMMUNICATION: Janine Sturm stated that she will be putting out the spring newsletter in March. She noted that Jeanne Jeffery had given her the lighting contest winners.
ARCHITECTURE: Rich Kovanda stated that two residents had just turned in plans for additions, which they will be reviewing and approving in the near future.
KEYS: NO REPORT
LEGAL: NO REPORT
SAFETY: Don Hogaboom stated that sand is now in the sand barrels.
Mindy Welch stated that she had been approached by a man living on Apollo, who asked for $47. She felt the man was unemployed and wondered if anyone else had been approached. A discussion followed.
DEED RESTRICTION: Jeff Augustyn stated that there have been a number of commercial vehicle violations in the subdivision lately. She reported that there was a red truck with a flat tire on Tara, plated but not drivable, along with several snow mobile trailers. A discussion followed.
Jim King reported that there was a car on Chevron without a sticker.
Jim King suggested that there be an article put in the newsletter regarding these violations.
OLD BUSINESS: Pat Zimmerman stated that those involved in the reorganized Duck Lake Association seem to be running it fairly with no immediate problems. It was noted that there were minutes, a budget and a financial sheet. It was also noted that Bob Jones is officially stepping down.
Kelly Tierney stated that the lake pump has been fixed. A discussion followed.
