7. Analyzer and Laptop:
a. Does the laptop boot up without problem and contain applicable JBAIDS software (Latest Version 3.5.1.5 (Dec. 2012)?
b. The laptop’s hard drive should be no more than 70% full. (If the hard drive is partitioned, check the drive that the analyzer’s software is running off of.) The laptop should contain no personal information or files that do not directly pertain to the Confirmatory lab.
c. With the laptop attached, does the analyzer turn on and perform/pass a self-test?
d. Is there a sign on the laptop indicating its dedicated use. Example:”JBAIDS Only”
8. Freezer and Refrigerator:
a. Is there a 4°C refrigerator onboard? / 1
b. Is there a -20°C manual defrost freezer onboard? / 1
i. Is a daily temperature log maintained on the freezer, with the average temperature over the last 3 weeks being no higher than -15°C? / 1
9. Bio-Safety Hood:
