How to use an OK MULTIKARNET pass?

Before using a service in a facility, you have to confirm that you are a MULTIKARNET OK pass user and select the service that you will use:

  • If there is a working OK System terminal in a given facility, the identification of users is effected based on biometric data - a fingerpint. In order to register your fingerprint, go to the reception desk and enter the code you have received via an e-mail or text. You will be asked to put your finger against the reader of the terminal three times. When the message on registering the fingerprint appears, you will be asked to select the service that you want to use.
    Using an OKPIN is one-off. Upon registration, regardless of where it has occurred, you can make use of services by putting your finger against a reader at all facilities equipped with a terminal.
  • If the facility you are in does not have an OK System terminal, the identification of users is effected based on the authentication via a text. At the reception desk you will find our advertising stand with a list of services available at the facility. Each service has a unique number assigned. Select the service you want to use (available within your OK MULTIKARNET pass), enter its number in the text on your mobile phone (previously registered in OK System) and send the text to the telephone number indicated below on the stand. In response you will receive a return text with information about the recorded entry into a class. Show the text received to a reception desk employee.
  • If you do not want to incur the cost of sending the text - call a toll-free number 800 80 10 10, after getting through you will be asked to enter the selected service code - after entering the code you must add a "hash". After about 10-30 seconds you will receive a text with information about recording the entry, which must be presented at the reception desk.
    Call our Helpline on 022 556 2300, whenever there is a problem with the entry or you have questions about the customer service. Our staff will do their best to resolve the problem immediately and provide comprehensive answers.

  • Check out the facilities and services you can use: at website is intended for employees of Xerox only). The range of services is much wider than in the offers of competitors. The website provides the addresses, opening hours, duration of a service and information about requirements as to prior reservation.
  • If you are interested in a particular facility - enter its name in the "name" field (if you have not found a facility whose services you would like to use, e-mail us indicating its name and address - we will try to start co-operating with this facility as soon as possible).
  • If you want to see all services available in a given town (in the pre-selected region) - select or enter a town name in the "town, district" field.
  • If you want to see where you can use a particular service - select its name in the "Services" field.
  • After clicking on the "new ones" - only the facilities and services that we have recently included in our offer will be displayed (to turn off the new ones option you must click on it again).
