Jacob Kalo, M.D. is a Fellow of the American College of OB/GYN. Over the last 25 years he treated women with every obstetrical and gynecological conditions including venereal disease, obstetrical disease and cancer.

Dr. Kalo is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and with special training infamily planning, laser, infertility, cervical cancer and abortions.

Graduated from Sackler Medical School in Tel Aviv, Israel and completed his residency at Sinai Hospital of Detroit, Michigan, he is also a fellow in the American College of OB/GYN who has devoted large amounts of time to research related to prostaglandine, N-YAG laser, and their applications to termination of pregnancy, as well as, the relation of high risk pregnancy, the placenta and low APGAR score.

Over his years of medical practice he has performed tens of thousands of deliveries, performed tens of thousands of gynecological surgeries and was a family planning consultant to several hospitals.

He is affiliated with several hospitals in the Detroit metro area.

(1). A suit by Juanessa B., age 18, alleged that she underwent an abortion by Dr. Jacob Kalo at East Gyn Center on January 17, 1984. After the abortion, Juanessa was discharged with instructions to return in two weeks.Juanessa continued to experience pain and vaginal discharge. She went to her follow-up appointment and was examined. Kalo told her that her period was starting, and sent Juanessa home.On April 7, Juanessa went to the emergency room and was admitted to the hospital. An ultrasound was performed that revealed a 2.5 cm fetus with no heart movements. I am currently learning the hard way that this doctor abused the medical law and does unnecassary treatments on you for the money, but doesnt realize the horrible outcome he causes for these victims of his medical practice.October 26, 2010

This began a systematic search of the Women's Advisory trash dumpster for the next three consecutive weekends, April 5, 12, and 19th. We also made several searches of the trash container behind Reginald Sharpe's abortion clinic in Detroit known as Sharpe's Family Planning. We also took a look at Jacob Kalo's abortion clinic on Eight Mile Rd. in Detroit, known as Eastpointe Gynecology. We found bio-hazard waste in the trash containers behind this clinic as well. A doctor who owns several abortion clinics built a tall security gate because of death threats he has claimed have been made against him. The city is saying the gate must come down because it violates the zoning code.

Dr. Jacob Kalo is suing West Bloomfield Township, Michigan for over one million dollars. He says the township is targeting him for being pro-abortion because he operates clinics that perform abortions in three cities.
