3. The Parish Monitoring Committeewill review the FACTS Grant &AidApplication formtowardpotentialtuition reductions.If moreassistance is necessarythe familycan appeal the decision in writing to the Monitoring Committee.
4. A final appeal forfinancial assistance may bemade to the Pastor oftheparish, Father Andrejek,after all the above conditions have been met.

All registration and tuition payments must be set-up through FACTS which is located under family billing in RenWeb.
