Introduction

This memo concerns the ROI Market Participants’ Planning Workshop. This Workshop is a key element of the Supplier Support Programme outlined in the recent HSP Market Communiqué – 1 (distributed on 29th Feb to all RMDS ROI-registered parties and now available on the RMDS Calendar for 23 Sep, 2012).

Currently, this is the only such Workshop planned by the HSP Project. No remote dial-in or WebEx facilities are planned to allow for remote attendance.

As such, personal attendance by Supplier-nominated representatives is highly recommended. NI-active Suppliers who are involved in the NI rollout are reminded that this Workshop will cover important ROI-specific design and technical elements of the Project.

Target Audience

The Workshop is focused on the planning needs of the nominated MP representatives in the project management, business and technical areas.

Workshop Objectives

The overarching objective of the Workshop is to provide nominated Supplier representatives with sufficient planning-level information on theexpected business and technical changes being introduced by the Project to enable them to:

As ever, if you have any questions or issues in relation to any of the above then please contact the HSP Market Co-Ordination team at .
