Greg Report: Greg and Denise are working on developing 2 spreadsheets.

Greg: Practice list with National standard date and Target Date to complete.

Denise: Eco Sci. Work related to JAA and updating the Skills Matrix.JAA Controlling Factors for each standard with discipline lead.Skills Matrix and FOTG are inconsistent.

Denise Report: What is the strategy for the task forces? Task Force leads can field requests to determine whether or not the field office should be tasked to address specific items.

Send spreadsheet to the STGC for feedback.

  1. Technical Specialists convey priorities to Task Force Leads by Discipline.
  2. Tack Force Leads work with specialist to put together a Task Force Teams.
  3. Task Force Teams solicit input from the field offices, compile information and work with Technical Specialist to finalize comments to update the standards.
  4. Recommendations for updates are submitted to the National Office.
  5. Once Standard has been finalized nationally, the Technical Specialist will determine if an Oregon Amendment is needed.
  6. Task Force Lead will organize a Team to develop the Oregon Amendment.

Note: Standards will be reviewed according to the National Schedule. Standards that are out of date and not utilized in Oregon will go through a cursory review by the STGC and updated as released by National in order to get all practices up to date as efficiently as possible.

  1. Execute Prioritization of state technical needs process for updating SOWs and Job Sheets.- Denise/Greg
  2. Develop a list of SOWs and Job Sheets that need to be updated during FY2015, 2016 and 2017. Denise/Greg

  1. Task force leads contact potential Task Force committee members and assign specific tasks and expectation of time frame for completion of reviews. Mitch, Tom B, Lynn, Lars and Kevin.

Mitch: Backlog of items to be addressed based on conversation with Chris Reidy. Plans to visit with basin staff and BTLs.

Tom B: On hold until we have a better handle of the needs and workload are.

Lynn: Encourage by the potential benefits for the field.

Kevin: Basin Eng. got together to discuss engineering practices and items that need to be addressed. The spreadsheet will help identify priorities.
