We are excited to bring the World Championships to Reno and especially proud of the facility...the Reno Livestock Events Center Arena (1350 North Wells Avenue). Wrestling will be April 5th through April 8th, 2018 with weigh in on April 5th for the Girls Division and for the Elementary Division and April 6th for 15 and 18 & under.
It would be impossible to run one of the largest most prestigious tournaments in the U.S. without all of you committing to its success. This tournament will be a session tournament with the specific time slots available during weigh in. This means many workers are needed and the potential for more dollars to go back to the local clubs are greatly enhanced by us paying clubs for working the tables. This is another excellent way for you to raise money for your own club and you are going to be there anyway. Great news, Flowrestling has chosen World of Wrestling to be their National Youth Series to film and be streamed live.
Our entry fee is equal to or under most every national tournament in the U.S. I am sure that soon you will see that none of those can compare with our Big Show...The Reno World Championships! I’m also sure you will be proud to be a part of such a prestigious event. We need each club’s support. If your club works a table, you must provide a three to four person crew per table which consists of a scorekeeper/ timekeeper, a person to distribute leg bands, and a person to run a camera. All must be adults and no children at your table, with the exception of the person running the camera. We will allow an older kid to run the camera if they are responsible, and act appropriately. You should have an additional 4 adults for relief. These workers will need to enter the building through the northwest corner. Thank you for your help!
Our club will work a table for the Reno World Championships and will be paid $400.00 per table at the end of the event if we provide a full crew and work all sessions. We will receive up to 8 floor passes to work the table.

Our club will bring a mat for the Reno World Championships and will be paid $250.00 at the end of the event for each mat our club provides. We will receive six passes for the first mat, four for the second.
