Job Purpose

The prime focus of the job role is to manage the implementation, maintenance, developmentand review of allIT Systems, including the embedding ofthe CRM across all core functions within Cogent Skills to support the business objectives.The core job roleprovides support for all Cogent Skills IT systems

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage the development and implementation of all lT Systems which in turn support the delivery of business objectives across Cogent Skills
  • Project manage the operational delivery and on-going maintenance of a range of digital products and services - websites, online tools, software applications and services.
  • Provide on-going management, updating and maintenance of existing sites and tools.
  • Develop project plans, project documentation, risk profiles, and dependencies for IT products and projects.
  • Responsible for GDPR, data security, protection and implementation
  • Support the management of external third party suppliers and providers as required
  • Support existing and new digital products such as group websites and hosting platforms
  • Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding (including Prevent) the welfare of all learners for whom you have responsibility for or with whom you come into contact with and adhere to and expectations / minimum standards for the usage of the CRM
  • On going training support forall Cogent Skills staff in the use of the CRM and related products
  • Customise & configure the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) to meet business requirements
  • Support the use of Moodle and SharePoint Online with ongoing maintenance and updates
  • Support the management of the Cogent’s learner management system and virtual learning environment
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of an IT roadmap

Knowledge Skills and Qualifications

  • Business systems focused IT professional with a proven track record in Digital IT platforms.
  • Proven project management of IT systems and processes
  • A degree or equivalent level qualification or relevant experience in CRM application.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as member of a leadership team.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work towards deadlines.
  • Exposure to Umbraco CMS would be desirable
  • Experience of working with CRM systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Server, SQL
  • Proven track record in deployment and management of SharePoint & proven experience of delivering IT projects on time and on budget.
  • A solutions based outlook with the ability to problem solve effectively and efficiently.
  • A key influencer who is able to work with both internal and external stakeholders in a structured and disciplined way in order to get results.
  • Hands on approach being a pro-active member of the team.
