Today, the LBS laboratory welcomes over 150 patients at its headquarters and performs over 20.000 biomedical tests every day.

IT SYSTEM ENGINEER
Position
- You deliver 1st and 2nd line support to the internal employees for the BARC group.
- You are backup for the 1st line support.
- You will perform the day to day monitoring and auditing of the infrastructure and of the individual applications to guarantee the continuity, reliability and quality of the infrastructure.
- You are responsible for the installation, configuration, deployment and maintenance of physical/virtual server infrastructure.
- You are responsible for the installation, configuration, deployment and maintenance of software.
- You are responsible for the Active Directory maintenance.
- You are responsible for the Network Component maintenance.
- You contribute to the process of optimalisation and maintenance of client computers.
- You are a key person for the flawless operation of IT infrastructure at all times.
- You have a drive to excel in Windows Operating Systems and VMware
Profile
- You’re graduating soon in information technology and you have a passion for infrastructure
- Languages: French, English, Dutch.
- You’re interested by Windows environments.
- You’re familiar with Microsoft Windows Server 20XX, Active Directory.
- You have a knowledge of IIS, Microsoft Sharepoint, Microsoft SQL.
- You are familiar with Network components (LAN, WAN, Routers, Modem, Switches…).
- DBA experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of validation of infrastructure.
- You want to work in an ITIL-driven environment, and working knowledge of ITIL principles and processes.
- You are a problem solver.
- You are result driven and customer focus.
- You have great work ethics.
