It Is Important That You Complete All of the Fields on the Attached Form

Dear Parents/Guardians,

In the attached document, you will find guidelines for reimbursement of fees paid for the 2016-2017 Advanced Placement exams that students took in the spring.

It is important that you complete all of the fields on the attached form.

If your child scored a 3, 4, or 5 on any AP exam taken at Westlake High School, he/she is eligible for reimbursement. College Board should be sending those AP scores to families in July.

Please bring the original AP Score Report, a copy of the report and the attached AP Test Reimbursement Request Form (completed) to Ms. Ruth Carter (financial secretary) by September 29, 2017 if your child met the minimum scores outlined in the attached form.

If all documentation has been verified, school personnel will reimburse you for the exam fees as long as the requirements have been met.
