Site Bond $100:
A $100 Site Bond is charged to ensure all sites are manned and open for business until the agreed closing time of the section chosen by you. / Site Bond Conditions
Your bond will only be refunded if your site is still trading at the agreed closing time. If your site is found closed or unmanned the Site Bond will be forfeited.
Refunds will be made ASAP after close of show. / Site Bond Refund

EXHIBITOR PARKING
One only Exhibitor vehicles can be stored in the designated Exhibitor car park or Camping area.
Each Exhibitor has one only vehicle pass – This allows one vehicle only to park on the grounds in the designated Exhibitor Car Park.
(NO EXTRA PASSES WILL BE ISSUED) / EXHIBITOR VEHICLE DETAILS (includes all types of Vans, Trailers, Utes & Trucks)

NB: no vehicles will be allowed to move around the grounds between 8am and 9pm during the show. In the case of an emergency the movement of vehicles must be supervised by police, emergency services or a RASQ representative.
EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT
EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT “CONDITIONS APPLY” –
STEP ONE: Only BOOKING received with a $100 booking deposit by the 12th December 2014 will be eligible for the Early-Bird discount.
STEP TWO: Balance of site fee payment Must be paid in full by the 16th February 2015 - no exceptions, no extensions.
Payments by CASH, CHEQUE, MONEY ORDER, BANK DEPOSIT or CREDIT CARD accepted, but must be processed and cleared by the 27th February 2015
EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT: ($10 off per metre frontage. Example 3m frontage = $30 discount) – Early Bird Discount is not applicable with Sponsor’s Discount.
SITES WILL NOT BE RESERVED WITHOUT THE APPROPRATE BOOKING FORMS AND PAYMENTS PAID BY THE DUE DATES.

Site Agreement / The $100 Deposit must be paid with your Site Agreement to guarantee a site allocation.
The Site Deposit will be deducted from the final balance of site payment.
FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE BY THE 16th FEBRUARY 2015.
By Printing your name on this agreement you are agreeing to all terms and conditions set-out in this document.
Information in the agreement is for the sole use of the RASQ ONLY, and may be used for marketing purposes.
