How to Run the ISIP Executive Summary Report

It is necessary to be logged into the Reports and Management Web site (www.istation.com) to complete this.

·  Click the Campus Tab

After clicking the Campus tab, select ISIP™ Executive Summary Related reports on the lower left of the screen.

Click the link and it will automatically run the ISIP™ Executive Summary. If you wish to customize the report further, choose the edit button on the report. The Quick Report Builder will pop up, and you will focus on the “Options” and “Targeted Users” tabs to further customize your selections.

Under the Options tab, select the desired school year and month.

Under Targeted Users, if you are a district leader, selecting ALL, then Run Report, will run this report for the entire district. If you are a campus leader, selecting ALL, then Run Report, will run this for your entire campus. If you are a district leader but wish to run this for a particular campus, choose the campus first, and click Run Report.

Be sure to save a Quick Report Link, if desired. This is located in the upper right hand portion of the Reports Landing Page. This allows you to create a link to frequently visited reports.

Remember, more detailed information can be accessed on any report by clicking the blue plus sign or a student’s name.

To export data into an Excel Spreadsheet, click on the “Export Details” tab.

The data can then be sorted and used as needed.

To “sort” the students by Istation Instructional Tiers. Highlight the column for “Overall Tier “

Click the “Sort and Filter” button at the top and “sort” from “largest to smallest”

When you click the “Sort and Filter” button and “Largest to Smallest” the “Sort Warning” window will appear. Select the first option “Expand the Selection” and click “Sort”

Since the sort was from “Largest to Smallest,” the students are listed from Tier 3 to Tier1 by grade level and alphabetical.

NOTES:

You can sort smallest to largest if desired.

If you are on an elementary campus, you will need to run an ISIP Early Reading, Executive Summary and export the data.
