Working Teams- There will be a morning and afternoon session and each team will work their designated slot for all three days.

Morning Session - Teams will work all three days. This session will work approximately 8:30-12:30 all three days.

Afternoon Session - Teams will work all three days. This session will work approximately 1:00-5:00all three days

Working teams can audit the other session for no additional fee.

Auditors - There will be unlimited auditing spots.

Working Teams: There will be 9 working teams in the morning session and 9 working teams in the afternoon session. Working spots are $375 per handler/dog team for one three day session (am or pm). Please select your preference below and note the important deadlines for submitting your payments. You can audit the other session you are not working in for free.

Complete the application below and submit your initial deposit of $125 by September 1, 2016. The second and third installments of $125 each are due by November 15, 2016and January 15, 2017.

****Fees are only refundable if the working spot can be filled via the wait list****

Auditors: We welcome auditors to join us and learn from the working teams. There will be an unlimited number of auditing spots. Auditing spots are $40 per day/ $100 for three days if prepaid by January 15, 2017.

I hereby agree to hold Stacy Peardot-Goudy, Sirius Ranch, and Midnight Sun Golden Retriever Club, its members, directors, officers, agents, committees, and/or members thereof, and all employees of said

club holding this event in whatever capacity, HARMLESS from: 1) Any loss or injury which may accrue to any person or thing and/or which may be caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by any biting by, or by any other act of the said dog(s) while in or upon the premises or grounds, or in, at, or near any entrances or exits thereto, whether or not and when the said dog(s) is (are) being delivered, removed, or otherwise handled, and to personally assume full responsibility an liability therefore, and 2) the disappearance and/or theft or otherwise, and/or death of said dog(s) and/or all damages of injuries to said person(s) or dog(s) and all damages and/or damages caused by the negligence or carelessness of the said club, its members, or any other person connected with the club in any manner or by any other person(s), and/or by any other cause(s) directly or indirectly occurring while such persons(s) are participating in the above named event on club premises.
