HOW IS FLUID “GREEN”

We manufacture the highest quality faucets with the goal of creating unique and beautiful products that provide a lifetime of trouble free service. But ‘green’ is a very overused term these days. What does it really mean when talking of bathroom and kitchen faucets?
All faucets in the current fluid product catalogue are Watersense approved. (Products bearing theWaterSense labelare generally 20 percent more water-efficient than similar products in the marketplace. The WaterSense label helps you identify high-performing, water-efficient products). While many manufacturers offer some high efficiency products, it is rare to find a manufacturer so committed to sustainability that it drives innovation. fluid design equally values beauty, performance and efficiency. Water saved is also water that does not have to be heated, so our faucets help to save both water and energy; an important goal at a time so much pressure is being placed on natural resources.
fluid was one of the first faucet manufacturers to voluntarily and fully comply with the most stringent new low lead water regulations on all product offerings, including California Assembly Bill 1953 (AB 1953). fluid implemented these changes well ahead of the legislation in an effort to offer the safest, most efficient faucets on the market. Our customer’s health and well being is central to all new innovation and design.
fluid faucets are constructed from top grade low lead brass. Some manufacturers are content with lower cost chromed plastic that doesn’t provide the sturdiness or longevity of brass. We manufacture only high quality products that will not require replacement for many years, thus reducing unnecessary waste.
fluid is a privately owned and operated company, including their production facilities. By owning their own production factory fluid ensures that all employees are well-paid and treated with care and respect.
