Nominees for this award must be an active supporter of its employees as members of the IRWA and will have demonstrated strong employee support and commitment at the chapter, region and international levels of the IRWA in terms of participation, financing, time allowance, facilities, service, etc.

1. How large is the nominee's staff involved in Right of Way activities?
