Notice is hereby given that at its regular public meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. on June 7, 2016, in the Irondale City Council Chambers located at 101 20th Street South, Irondale, Alabama, within Jefferson County, Alabama (the “City Council Chambers”), the City Council of the City of Irondale (the “City”) will hear comments from interested citizens concerning the proposed rezoning of the property located at 1600 Sharpsburg Drive, Irondale, AL 35210 from an Inst.-2 Institutional District and R-4 Residential District to a PCD Planned Commercial District .
