  1. Joe Healy, Manager of High Potential Start-up Division - Enterprise Ireland

Joe joined Enterprise Ireland in 1997, and during his time with Enterprise Ireland he has worked in a number of senior roles. He has spent time covering the commercialization of research, Food FDI, Dairy, beverages, food technology, company development, commercial evaluation, equity investment, corporate services, policy and planning and is now bringing many of these experiences to the start up side of the business.

  1. Eamonn Sayers, Centre Manager - Guinness Enterprise Centre

Eamonn has successfully managed and promoted the Guinness Enterprise Centre which is home to over 80 start-ups employing over 320 people.

In this role, Eamonn works with entrepreneurs, start-ups / early stage companies, state development agencies, not-for-profit organizations and commercial businesses in the areas of strategy, business planning, general management, fundraising and investment.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from the University of Limerick and a Masters of Business Administration from UCD Smurfit School of Business.

  1. David Tighe, Head of Innovation - Bank of Ireland

Dave has spent 17 years in Retail Banking in Ireland after graduating from Trinity College. Dave also holds an MBA from Manchester Business School.

He has extensive experience across digital banking, the payments industry and innovation in financial products. He has been responsible for Credit Card, Deposits and Current Account product strategies and has delivered multiple new retail products to the Irish market.

His recent role in Bank of Ireland looks at long term planning, consumer behavior changes, market planning and incubation and the integration of fintech and innovative start-ups. He is responsible for Bank of Ireland workbench and Startlab initiatives and is a member of the Fintech Payments Association of Ireland

Co-Pilot - Propeller Shannon

Brian co-pilots Propeller Shannon, an aviation, aerospace and travel tech accelerator which celebrates Ireland’s long history as aviation innovators. Based at a dedicated innovation center at Shannon Airport, Propeller has partnered with Enterprise Ireland, Boeing and Datalex to ensure that it is the premier programme globally to invest in early stage businesses in the space. Brian has worked at the cutting edge of innovation in the public, private and university sectors for over 15 years. With a focus on people development, he concentrates on developing the entrepreneur just as much as the business, and ensuring that founders get access to world class skills development and mentoring whilst on the programme.
