Terms & Conditions

· The room hire and catering fee must be paid in full 14 days prior to booking.

· If you cancel, postpone or change the booking the following charges apply:-

8-14 days notice: 25% of room hire fee

3-7 days notice: 50% of the room hire fee and catering cost

2 days or less: 100% room hire fee and catering cost.

· The room must be left in good order and vacated no later than the time booked.

· You must treat our facilities with respect. You will be required to pay for any damage caused.

· St Vincent’s work involves contact with vulnerable adults so we expect all of our guests to treat everyone in the centre with respect, sensitivity and dignity.

· All areas of the building are non-smoking.

· No illegal, indecent or immoral activity is permitted.

· Any accidents or Incidents will need to be reported to a St Vincent’s staff member.

· The use of facilities is at your own risk. We will not be liable for damage to or loss of personal property or belongings of guests attending your event.

· You should ensure that all walkways, exits and entrances are left free from obstructions.
