Retail Automotive Sales
Automotive sales are conducted through our dealerships in Los Angeles and through the internet.
Wholesale
Our organization works closely with other dealerships which lack inventory. We provide dealerships with vehicles, for a percentage of profit in return. This process is called “Flooring”.
Auction
40% of inventory is sold at auction, which allows our company to remain liquid.
Financing
In-house financing is available to all customers including those with credit discrepancies or lack credit history.
Secondary Market Sales
Loan documents are sold in bulk to financial organizations at a 30% discounted rate.
Towing and Wrecking
All financed and floored vehicles are armed with GPS devices. Location and retrieval of the vehicle is possible In the event of a loan default or theft.
INVESTMENT PROPOSAL
The total amount of the investment will be used to purchase a guaranteed financial portfolio. These portfolios contain a preselected and specific number of bank owned vehicles, to resell to the general public. The investment allows Skyline Auto Center Inc. to purchase vehicle portfolio valuations secured by the vehicle title.

INVESTMENT PROTECTION
The investment is secured by the physical vehicle and the title which is purchased at 40% of the wholesale market value, then sold at retail market value with a deposit of 30% of the retail value of the vehicle. With an annual percentage finance rate of 23.99% for the term of the loan, the initial cost of the vehicle is secured and repaid within the first six months of the loan. All investment payment installments will be repaid by the interested accrued by the amount financed. All loans purchased with investment capital will be guaranteed or replaced within the portfolio.
EXIT STRATEGY
If a specific item in the portfolio is not performing as desired, the dealer (Skyline Auto Center Inc.) will do one or all of the following:
a) Replace the vehicle for another one of equal or greater value
b) Replace the value with comparable vehicle.
c) Sell the contract
d) Buy back the contract
e) Sell the portfolio
f) Buy the contract back from the finance company
g) Or investor may collect directly from their portfolio investment
