I'm a part of this industry since Nov 2007, as an advisor over these years now our AUM is 25Cr+ with SIP book of 25lacs + with a client base of 650+. We have worked hard with these retail clients to make them understand MF, stay invested, convinced each one of them of the benefits’ of SIP. We have been meeting our client as per their convenience of time and place, working more than 10-12 hours a day, throughout the weekends and most of the public holidays. I travel 40 to 60 Km radius every day even today. I'm not claiming that I’m the only hardworking person or the stake holder in the industry but I’m doing this to earn bread and butter for my family. This is my full time business that has become a passion now....trying my level best to put the clients benefit first over mine and we actually follow asset allocation, Risk profiling and client’s goals and requirement, We suggest the schemes that we think are appropriate!
I’m confident that we have achived a good balance between- requirement, performance And our earnings.And I deserve what I’m earning.
Today we are in transition from a proprietary business to a Partnership Business. My wife Aarti has always supported me and helps me in client servicing. My brother Piyush takes care of the Tax and accounts requirements of my clients and we can cross sell each other’s product and services

We had a logo designed, Live Website and client servicing software ready before starting the actual business. We got the logo and website designed from a professional in Mumbai and we are very proud of our name n logo…we have tried our level best to keep the same color for our website, visiting card, Boards and marketing material. We have always believed in investing in business to make it grow.
We started our office in a sharing space in a computer godown,the height was so short that one could hardly stand properly. While entering one had to bend down or their head would bang on the narrow and small door. But we decided that we cannot work from home as its not at all professional and your activates are restricted,so we had compromised on a smaller space. Now we have shifted to a bigger space.
We have always had a Retail & Reference model of Business and we are focusing on the same. We conduct seminars and presentation in various Corporateoffices and that has proved to be very fruitful in acquiring the clients. We have SIP from a Watchman and the CEO, as well everyone in between. Relationship is the most important aspect we focus on. Once the client is onboard we provide him with all the financial products and solution he requires like Financial Planning, Taxation, Home Loan, Insurance etc, it’s to make sure he/she does not have to look for someone else for any financial need.
As a token of the trust our clients have on us and the excellent relation with our AMC friends we distribute gifts on Dipawali. We make sure the gifts are eco friendly. We also celebrate our Foundation day on 6th May every year, by doing a small get together with our AMC friend and selected top relationships. We organize a Voluntary Blood Donation Camp in association with Armed Forces Medical Collage for the same every year.
Our Aim is Simple, we want to grow and we are convinced that there is enough opportunity in the market. It all depends on how you look at it. There are lots of negative news and people, but we manage to keep our self positive and work dedicatedly towards acquiring knowledge and upgrade ourselves with the latest situation and latest technology. Wewant All Win Finance to be technologically advance so that we can serve our client as per his requirements as the clients is spoiled for choices and is becoming very demanding now-a-days and he will be… even more… ahead. We have already upgraded our Client servicing & MIS software last year and are in the process of upgrading our website. We are also launching our portfolio viewing Mobile App very soon. We have Big Plans for our Business and One Day we shall be amongst the Top!!
