We are pleased to present a proposal for the implementation of our MSPlan Business software in your organization. MSPlan is a billing (P.O.S.), sales tracking and accounting software that would automate a host of your clerical tasks that are currently cumbersome to process. Your organization would benefit greatly from employing computers in its operations. You might currently browse the internet or do your letters with word processing software. However, extending your computer usage to electronic data handling and accounting function would maximize your investment in computer hardware.

The MSPlan software has powerful features to enable you efficiently track your business. From its easy-to-use interface, you can monitor your customers, suppliers, cashbook, income and expenses. MSPlan would monitor your stock and alert you of items that are running out of stock as well as other business-intelligent features. The MSPlan software is designed to run on your network and enable simultaneous access to data, while implementing management controls and security.

This proposal assumes you shall be providing the computer hardware as well as the computer network (PC, Printer, Network Cables etc). We could however, provide these services if you wish.
