Introducer Agreement

This agreement is made the day of between [Your Trading Name] and [Introducers Trading Name]

Our dealings with you

[Your Trading Name] herewith agrees to advise those customers introduced to them by [Introducer Name] in a manner consistent with [Your Trading Name]'s standard business practices and as set out in its Terms of Business letter which is presented to all customers.

[Your Trading Name] undertake not to disturb the professional relationship that exists between [Introducer Name] and the introduced customer in any way. Discussions with any introduced clients will be restricted to the areas that [Your Trading Name] can advise on. Any requests for information or advice on Mortgages, Life Insurance, Critical Illness, Permanent Health Insurance or Payment Protection Insurance will be referred back to [Introducer Name].

The introduced customer will remain a client of [Introducer Name] and also become a client of [Your Trading Name] in relation to Wills, Property Protective Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Your dealings with us

[Introducer Name] shall ensure that all introduced customers have agreed that [Introducer Name] may affect an introduction to [Your Trading Name].

Remuneration

It is hereby agreed that [Your Trading Name] shall pay to [Introducer Name] a percentage of the fees received from an introduced customer. The introduced customer will pay to [Your Trading Name] fees for work done as contained in our 2014 price list or any subsequent revised price list.

Fees paid to [Your Trading Name] from an introduced customer from [Introducer Name] will be shared between [Your Trading Name] and [Introducer Name].

[Your Trading Name] agree to pay to [Introducer Name] 20 % of all fees the introduced customer pays to [Your Trading Name] whilst retaining 80 % of all fees the introduced customer pays to [Your Trading Name]. There will be no share of any fees payable to Office of the Public Guardian as the full amount goes to the Office of the Public Guardian.

Termination of Agreement

This agreement may be terminated at any time without penalty by either party giving notice in writing to that effect to the other. Such termination shall not affect the rights or obligations of either party in respect of business already completed by [Your Trading Name] and introduced by [Introducer Name].
