Required information
Participants must provide the following information to BISFed:
- Digital Photo (passport size)
- Full name
- Address
- Country
- Phone number
- Email address
Conditions required for acceptance
Participants wishing to take part must have the following:
- National Referee experience of at least two years
- Log Book
- Referees’ experience, including referee courses (places, dates, level achieved and the name(s) of the instructor(s) of the course(s))
- All participations in Boccia competitions
- Number of games refereed as court Referee
- Ability to understand and speak English
- All participants must be nominated by a BISFed member
Entry Criteria
BISFed will accept participants:
- From Host Country up to 25%
- From European countries (not including the Host Country), 50%. Priority will be given to candidates from emerging countries or from countries without International Referees
- From non-European countries, 25%.Priority will be given to candidates from emerging countries or without international Referees
- Maximum of 2 candidates from the same country. However, application from a 3rd candidate of the same country can be submitted but it will only be accepted if there is a low number of entries
- The slots will be assigned the day after the deadline and if the capitation fees for the course have been paid.
- Only candidates from federations that are in good standing with BISFed will be accepted.

The HOC has 3 packages available:
- 14th – 19th June - the full package: including the accommodation (5 nights), all meals (from dinner 14th June until breakfast 19th June) ,the course fee and local transportation (Poznan airport/venue/hotel) - €480 (less than 13 participants)
- 14th – 19th June - the full package: including the accommodation (5 nights), all meals (from dinner 14th June until breakfast 19th June) ,the course fee and local transportation (Poznan airport/venue/hotel) - €450 (less than 27 participants)
- 14th – 22ndJune (Course + Referees practical) - the full package: including the accommodation (8 nights), all meals (from dinner 14th June until breakfast 22nd June),the course fee, local transportation (Poznan airport/venue/hotel) - €660

- Competition Organization
- The importance of the psychological factors in the referee performance
- Practical application of the rules and the guidelines
- General observation
- Written exam (80% pass mark)
- Practical exam (Officiate in the Boccia World Open, Poznan)
