INTERNATIONAL ELITE MEN-WOMEN “BOXAM” BOXING TOURNAMENT

INVITATION
The Spanish Boxing Federation has the great pleasure to invite your Federation to participate in the International Elite “BOXAM” Boxing Tournament.

Location: PALMA DE MALLORCA, BALEARES ISLAND - SPAIN
Regulations:
The competition is open to Elite Men Boxers between 19 and 40 years old according to the rules of AIBA. The new AIBA scoring system will be used for the tournament. The Tournament will be held according to the rules of AIBA.
MEN
The competition is open for boxers aged from 19 to 40 years old
Weight categories – 10 - 46-49 kg, 52 kg, 56 kg, 60kg, 64 kg, 69 kg, 75 kg, 81 kg, 91 kg, +91 kg
Rounds - 3 x 3 min.
Electronic Scoring System will be used.
Boxers must have a valid AIBA International Record Book.
LOC will provide licensed boxing gloves to all Boxers for all Bouts. The gloves are compulsory official items which all Boxers must wear, as they will not be allowed to wear personal ones. - 10 oz Gloves will be used from Light Flyweight category (46-49kg) to Light Welterweight category (64 kg) - 12 oz Gloves will be used from Welterweight category (69 kg) to Super Heavyweight category (91+ kg).
NO HEADGUARDS will be used according to the AIBA Rules.
WOMEN
The competition is open for boxers from 19 to 40 years old
Weight categories – 6 – 51 kg, 54 kg, 57 kg, 60 kg, 64 kg, 75 kg
Rounds - 4 x 2 min.
Electronic Scoring System will be used.
Boxers must have a valid AIBA International Record Book.
Each boxer (man or woman) and each R/J (man or woman) must have his/her international AIBA Record Book as well as medical exams up to date.
LOC will provide licensed head guarders and boxing gloves to all Boxers for all Bouts. The gloves are compulsory official items which all Boxers must wear, as they will not be allowed to wear personal ones.
Each nation can compete with 10 Men boxers and 6 Women boxers, only 1 boxer is allowed per weight category
Elite Men and Women
1 – 3 Boxers 1 coach + 1 official +1 R/J EUBC or AIBA
4 – 6 Boxers 2 coach + 1 official +1 R/J EUBC or AIBA
7 – 10 Boxers 3 coach + 1 official +1 R/J EUBC or AIBA
Others except this numbers must supply their costs of 100 EURO per person, per day.
FINANCIAL CONDITION AND ACCOMMODATION FOR TEAM DELEGATIONS
Room Rates for Team Delegations are as follows
For single occupancy (1 person per room)
- 64 Euros per person, per day, including 3 meals
For double occupancy (2 persons per room)
- 49 Euros per person, per day, including 3 meals
All travel expenses must be covered by participating teams. The Spanish Boxing Federation will provide local transportations for all the teams the 06th and the 12th of Oct. The teams arriving before 06 Oct and leaving after 12 Oct must supply their accommodation and meal costs of 100 EURO per person, per day.

All participating federations are required to pay of the total amount for their accommodation by bank transfer on Sep 30, 2014 at the latest to:

Deadlines of entry forms:
Preliminary Registration Forms must be sending to the Spanish Boxing Federation until 15 September 2014, Final Registration Forms with arrival and departure details until 30 September 2014. ;
The Spanish Boxing Federation will take medical care measures for participants during the tournament. A treatment fee belongs to participants.
