a.  It’s possible that you have not renewed your dues (IC is a members only event) – if this is the case, contact your local office ASAP.

b.  If you have more than one profile on B-linked you will not be able to register for convention. (please email your Regional Staff if this is the case with your name and the name on the b-linked account)

8.  Are there Regional Caps this year?

a.  There are no regional caps this year. However, we will be monitoring the registration process to make sure that each region is able to send an appropriately sized delegation.

9.  How are delegate numbers decided?

a.  Delegate (or voting) members are also decided based upon membership as of June 30 the previous year. However, each region gets an automatic vote for their N’siah and Godol (1 each), and two additional automatic votes for a total of three for AZA and three for BBG. If you are a council predominant region, those auto votes may go to each council Godol and N’siah. Any extra votes left over for AZA and BBG are then split up by region based on membership.

10.  If there are no regional caps this year, how can I be sure that as a delegate I will be able to register for convention and not get shut out?

a.  Regional staff have been asked to input information regarding delegate status on the Dashboard in each delegates’ file. From this information we will be able to monitor and make sure that delegates are able to sign up for convention. There will be plenty of spots open for delegates!

11.  How do I know how many members my region can send and how many delegates we have?

a.  Your regional Staff has been made aware of your delegate number and you can find your delegate number on the teen dashboard. There are no regional caps this year.

12.  What if I am a winter region? How am I supposed to give you the names of my delegates when they are not elected until December or even January!?!

a.  Winter regions will have delegate spots reserved for them until their elections are completed. As soon as you elect your new board, your staff will enter the information into Dashboard and notify Sabrina in the DC Office and she will make sure that the delegates are able to register.

13.  What forms do parents and teens need to fill out?

a.  All of the forms that need to be turned in will be attached to the registration process. If you went to a program this summer, you will still need to fill out the medical form and release form for this year. BBYO needs new forms from you each calendar year.

14.  What if I have a question that was not answered on this FAQ?

a.  Email Shayna for all programmatic questions at ; and email Sabrina Moore for all registration questions at .
