Arrival and Departure Information
Registration and rooms will be available at Villanova University beginning 10:00am Monday morning July 24th, 2017. The Congress will begin at 3:30 pm so please be sure to arrive with enough time to register. Because of other scheduled events at the University, we are not able to accommodate participants before July 24th or after the 29th. Participants will need to vacate the apartments by 10:00am Saturday morning July 29th, 2017.
Visa application: It is the responsibility of the participants to research visa requirements according to their home country. For more information: If you should need a letter of invitation for visa purposes, please let us know as soon as possible.
Payment: Collected at registration: $500 or 490 Euro (Cash or Check) or Coordination can be made between the General bursar of the Order and the bursar of the Augustinian Circumscription in which your institute is located.
