32nd ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
MESSAGES FROM THE PRESIDENT
1 Notice is hereby given the 32nd AGM of the Instrumentation & Control Society will be held on Friday 16 October 2015 at The National University of Singapore Society (Kent Ridge Guild House). The meeting will be preceded by light refreshment from 6.30pm before the opening welcome address, followed by buffet dinner and the AGM proper.
2 The Minutes of the 31st AGM & the Audited Statement of Accounts of FY2014/15 will be given on the day of the AGM.
3 ICS finance remains healthy. To celebrate the 32nd AGM, the Council has decided that the AGM dinner will be offered free of charge to individual members of ICS. To enjoy these privileges, prior confirmation of attendance is required and is on “first-come-first-serve” basis.
4 I am pleased to report that a number of dinner tables have already been taken up. The evening will also be attended by many I&C product and end users from the utilities sector.
5 I encourage all members to attend the coming AGM. It will be a good opportunity to relax, meet up with friends & associates, and have a good time. As part of the traditions, there will be lucky draws and interesting contests to put talents to good show.

Getting there:
By car: From Clementi Road: Take Clementi Road exit from AYE, turn left into Kent Ridge Crescent, then right into Kent Ridge Drive. Plenty of hourly parking lots are available at Carpark 15, near Temasek Hall.
From Pasir Panjang Road: Turn into Heng Mui Keng Terrace, take a left into Kent Ridge Drive at the T-junction, and park at Carpark 15.
By bus: Public bus services # 10, 33, 151, 188, and 200 serve Kent Ridge Bus Terminal, from where Kent Ridge Guild House is a short five-minute walk.
NUS Internal Bus Services A, and B serve Temasek Hall, from where the Guild House is a short three-minute walk.
