[1] The instructor will distribute the forms to students in class shortly after the deadline for dropping a course during each semester. Students need to file only one application form regardless how many classes a student is taking and the signed form will stay effective as long as the student remains registered at William Paterson. CS faculty members may obtain the blank forms from either Professor Marvin Kiss or Dr. Erh-Wen Hu.
