Instructions to Authors
Dear author,
We kindly ask you to use the template and strictly follow the simple instructions provided.
You must write your paper in English.
Length: Please try to limit your paper to 10 pages, including everything (figures, tables, title, references, etc.).
Draft papers: Submit your draft paper using Microsoft Word.
Final papers: Submit your final paper in pdf format.
Tables and figures
Leave tables and figures in the body of the text. In the final version of your paper all tables and image files will be embedded in your pdf, so please ensure they are clear and easy to understand.
If you have footnotes or other comments to your table, these must be placed immediately below the table, NOT in the footer. Do not use footnotes in table headings and figure captions.
References/notes
In the body of the text use author names and year in parenthesis e.g. (Jacobsen, 1998), (Chang and Jacobsen, 2013), (Chang et al., 2013). Full references shall be given in the reference section towards the end of the paper, where the publications shall be listed in alphabetical order.
Equations
In the final version of your paper all equations will be embedded in your pdf, so please ensure they are clear and easy to understand.
Some final words
Please edit your final paper carefully before sending it. We do not have the capacity to proof read your paper before publishing it.

Abstract
