Faculty Affairs contacts the candidate via UNCSA email with a link to the folder specific to him/ her to upload the Application and Dossier

  1. The Candidate completes anduploads Applicationfor Rank Promotion and Dossier to Superman

A)Complete the sections A, B, and C of Application for Rank Promotionand upload it to the folder “Application” inside the folder accessible via the link from step 2.


B)Upload complete External Reviewer Nomination Form to the folder “1. External Reviewer Nomination Form”


C)Upload the most recent CV to the folder “2. Curriculum Vitae”

D)Upload Self-evaluation to the folder “3. Self-evaluation”in the following order:

  1. Philosophy of Teaching Statement
  2. List of Courses Taught & Administrative Assignments
  3. Syllabus for each course taught
  4. Professional Development
  5. Self-Assessment of Evaluative Criteria

E)Upload Student Course Evaluations to the folder “4. Student Course Evaluations”


F)Upload Annual Evaluations (Part I and II) to the folder“7. Annual Evaluations”


G)Upload Supplemental Support documents to the folder “9. Supplemental Support”


  1. Peer Evaluation Committee completes and uploads Application for Rank Promotion and its written evaluation to Superman. Folder access is granted to the committee as soon as the Dean’s Office notifies Faculty Affairs of committee membership.

A) Complete Application for Rank Promotion Part D and upload to the folder “Application”

B) Upload complete Committee Evaluation to the folder “5. Peer Committee Evaluation”

  1. Dean’s Office completes and uploads Application for Rank Promotion and its written evaluation to Superman. Also uploads External Review Letters.
